Amira Global’s 14th Biennial Exploration Managers’ Conference (EMC 2025) is taking place on 24–25 September 2025 at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, Gold Coast, Australia, this event continues to serve as a global platform for collaboration, innovation, and thought leadership in mineral exploration.

The EMC is a global platform which brings together thought leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from across the minerals exploration industry to discuss critical challenges, share groundbreaking ideas, and spark meaningful collaborations. Continuing its legacy of thought leadership, connection, and conversation, EMC2025 will serve as a space for honest discussions, knowledge-sharing, and forward-thinking dialogue on the future of mineral exploration.

The theme for 2025 has been developed in association with our advisory committee, comprised of member representatives, and is focused on the theme: Exploring Exploration – Where Does It Start? Where Does It Stop?  This topic will be explored through subthemes including time, uncertainty and collaboration.

• Uncertainty –Navigating risk, discovery potential, and market influences in exploration decision-making.
• Collaboration –The increasing interconnections between companies, governments, and research institutions.

By addressing these sub-themes, EMC 2025 aims to shape new approaches to mineral exploration, ensuring the industry remains innovative, adaptive, and sustainable.
