Amira Global P420G sponsors are invited to a series of exciting new webinars next month.
The new Geology for Gold Metallurgists series follows the highly successful Gold Processing for Geologists course run last year.
This course has been developed with Drs Angela Escolme and Julie Hunt at CODES, and features presentations and discussions with leading industry panellists.
Registrations are essential.

When: Thursday October 1, 2020
Time: 2 pm Perth | 4 pm Hobart
Overview: Fundamental geology for gold metallurgists, from rock types to gold deposit formation. What do geologists at all stages of the mining value chain look for in the rocks?
- Sarah Cochrane (Navarre Minerals Ltd– Senior Exploration Geologist)
- Carlos Diaz Castro (SoldGold – Exploration Geologist and UTAS MEconGeol student)
Session 2 – Gold deposit models for metallurgists
When: Thursday October 8, 2020
Time: 2 pm Perth/4 pm Hobart
